If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for store credit, exchange or refund within 7 calendar days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition, unspotted, with security tag on and original packaging.
The options for a returned item are the following:
- Store Credit
Store credit can be used on a future order within 3 months of the return.
- Product exchange
Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial Paypal account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the corresponding bank.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are seasonal or customized.
- Then you should proceed with sending your return back to us.
Inside the return package you must also include the original receipt of purchase.
No returns will be accepted for shipments not including the original receipt.
You are free to choose any courier agent you wish and you are responsible for paying on your own the shipping costs for the returning items.
- Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return and process of product exchange, store credit or refund.
If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the instructions regarding return policy. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
